Nothando Logistics (Pty) Ltd (Registration No. 2019/48596/07) (“Nothando Logistics”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

When you contact us or request a quote, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, company, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in and the details of your enquiry. Our web server also records standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security and troubleshooting.

- To respond to your enquiry and prepare quotations;
- To provide and manage the logistics services you request;
- To keep our website secure and prevent spam or abuse;
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.
3. Cookies and third-party services
This website does not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to protect against spam, and our location map is provided by Google Maps; these services may set their own cookies and are governed by Google’s Privacy Policy. Contact links may open WhatsApp, which is governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
4. Sharing your information
We only share your information with service providers who help us operate our business (for example, our website host and email provider), and only to the extent necessary. We require them to keep it secure and confidential. We may disclose information where required by law.
5. Security and retention
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law.
